Situated directly opposite Combe Martin beach in the glorious North Devon area, The Dolphin Inn is the ideal spot for families and smaller parties alike. Our bar area is a great place to relax with a drink, sample local ales or have a game of pool. If you want to sit down and relax, we have a lovely open log fire on all day to keep you warm in the winter months.
Our bistro has some of the best views in the area, looking directly over the bay, with a delicious selection of homemade meals and desserts, and a great wine list, we advise booking in order to avoid disappointment.
We love food!
Our speciality is delicious cuisine, incoporating seafood, fresh fish, and local products, in a fusion of British and Italian flavours.
We always source from local suppliers where possible, preferring to support the local economy.
At the Dolphin we operate a fantastic Sunday carvery and have a seasonal menu.
Amazing food and lovely staff. We stayed in the area for 5 days and ended up eating here 4 times as the food was incredible and homemade.
We had a dog so were allowed to eat downstairs in the pub area. Chef has been there for a long time and has some lovely recipes. Bar staff very welcoming, we will deffo be coming back to this gem.

Bookings
Due to the volume of bookings we will work on the basis of first come, first served, during July and August
Kitchen open hours are currently 12.00pm to 8.00pm Wednesday to Saturday, and 12.00pm until 11.00pm on Sunday
The bar open hours are 12.00pm to 11.00pm Wednesday to Sunday
Large groups (7 or more) – We require 24 hours notice please, as food needs to be pre-ordered, and time will be allocated between 4.00pm and 6.00pm. No party more than 6 people turning up on the day can be accommodated.
